Automated call/lead routing and text triggers
Booking and appointment scheduling systems
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be agreed separately with each client (for example, by quote, proposal, or written agreement) and, where they conflict with these general Terms, that separate agreement will take priority for that project.

5. Payment
Where you engage us for paid services:
Prices will be agreed with you before work begins, unless otherwise stated in a written quote or proposal.
Payment terms (e.g. deposit, milestones, monthly fees) will be set out in your individual agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are paid.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Vora Titan retains ownership of any code, designs, or systems we build until full payment has been received, at which point ownership (or an appropriate licence) transfers as set out in your individual agreement.
All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by or licensed to Vora Titan and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our permission.
You retain ownership of any content, logos, or materials you provide to us for use in your project, and you confirm you have the right to give us permission to use them.
7. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our services may involve integrating third-party tools (e.g. hosting providers, booking systems, analytics, SMS/email providers, Google services). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services, though we will act reasonably in selecting and configuring them on your behalf.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular number of leads, bookings, or search rankings), as these depend on factors outside our control.
